How long will my order take to be delivered?

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes, we'll send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received shortly after your order is placed online.

Do you deliver to my address?

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, but we're sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. Delivery of certain products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland may be possible at extra cost - Please contact us for more details.

What if my order hasn't arrived?

If you have been emailed to confirm your order has been received but has not arrived within the expected 5-7 working day time period, please email or call us on 023 8025 4781 (between 9am and 5pm weekdays only). All orders are despatched via next day couriers and are fully trackable and insured.

What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Should this happen please call our direct number 023 8025 4781 for immediate response and we will try to rectify the problem ASAP.

What if I damage a piece of the chevron kit?

No worries, just tell us which piece you have spoilt and for a small charge we will send you a replacement piece. Each part of the set has an individual number found on the back. You won't have to replace the whole set and the replacement piece should colour match perfectly.

What if my vehicle shape is not available on the web site?

Don't worry, If you don't see your vehicle on our site, please contact us with the makes and models of the vehicles that require Chapter 8 markings and we will produce a proof and costing.
Vehicles which are no longer in production may be subject to a templating charge.

Alternatively our Self Trim Chevron Panels are ideal for any vehicle shape and can be trimed down to size during application.
