In the past these HGVs had been fitted with coloured chevron markings to increase visibility  when working by the roadside.
Stewart Signs advised the existing specification would not conform to the new Department for Transport Chapter 8 guidelines concerning vehicles used for this purpose and so a solution combining fluorescent and reflective materials was agreed.
Stewart Signs provided safety markings that would be both durable under the heavy wear these vehicles are subjected to and fully compliant with the guidelines before they inevitably become law.
Fitting the chevrons and corporate graphics at the pre-delivery inspection stage  ensured the vehicles were immediately ready for service and eliminated the threat of costly downtime.
